JESSE PARSONS, CIC, CISR PRESIDENT, INSURANCE ADVISOR
Jesse graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2009 with his degree in Insurance & Risk Management. He obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative in 2012. From 2009 until 2019, he held various positions from Assistant Underwriter, Underwriter, & Underwriting Manager at Union Standard Insurance. This extensive background in underwriting allows him to have a deep understanding of how insurance carriers operate ranging from navigating audits, claims, loss control, and underwriting.
In 2019, Jesse joined the agency side of the business when he purchased an established agency from Jeff Hall. He has grown that initial book of business tremendously in industries such as construction, manufacturing, self-storage, and service-related industries.
Jesse is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas. In the past, he was the co-chair for the Young Agents Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas.
Away from the office, Jesse is a devoted family man. He is a proud father and a loving husband to Shelly. Jesse's passion for the Arkansas Razorbacks is well-known, and his love for the outdoors often leads to family adventures. He also loves having the opportunity to coach his kids little league teams.
MARY JO ZAKRZEWSKI, ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Mary Jo got her start in the insurance industry in 1990 with Stephens Dell. In 2010 she played an instrumental role in helping launch the creation of MNH Tullis when they separated from Risk Services. With 18 years of construction and bonding experience, she has served with Parsons Insurance since December of 2019.
Mary Jo enjoys being at home with her family and cherishes their travels together. Their two favorite destinations are Seagrove Beach in Florida and the scenic landscapes of Maine. A devoted Arkansas Razorbacks fan, Mary Jo’s passion for family and adventure shines through in all she does.
RIKKI YARBROUGH, CIC, INSURANCE ADVISOR
Rikki graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2012 with a degree in Insurance & Risk Management. She began her career in the agency side in 2011 with Mark V. Williamson and earned her CIC designation in 2015. Before joining the team at Parsons Insurance, Rikki served as Manager of Commercial Lines at Haymond Insurance and brings over 12 years of commercial account management experience.
In her spare time, Rikki enjoys farm life with her husband and three boys, traveling to new places, cheering on the Razorbacks, baking, and watching her little ones grow up.
SAMANTHA BEVILL, CISR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Samantha entered the insurance industry in 2005 with State Farm Insurance. In 2016 she made the switch to the independent agent side and began working for Parsons Insurance in June of 2019 when Jesse purchased the established book of business. Samantha handles the Personal Lines segment of our agency and enjoys helping clients understand their insurance needs and helping them feel comfortable and confident with their coverages.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, cycling and rowing miles on the Peloton, volunteering with the Marlins Swim Club, and spending time with the love of her life Penny (the dog).
JESSICA GORMLEY, ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Jessica joined Parsons Insurance in April of 2024 as an Account Executive. Her role focuses on our self-storage program and managing a portion of our smaller commercial business accounts. She is most looking forward to building strong relationships with our clients and expanding her knowledge in the commercial space.
Prior to joining our team, Jessica was a personal lines producer at State Farm Insurance and has been in the business since 2016. Her goal is to earn her CISR designation within the first year of being at Parsons.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, baking treats for her family and friends, and finding quiet corners to read.
CHRIS MASSEY, INSURANCE ADVISOR, MARKETING SPECIALIST
Chris joined the Parsons Insurance team in 2024, where he focuses on commercial insurance and leads the agency’s marketing efforts. With a background in communications and a strong passion for building lasting relationships, Chris focuses on helping business owners—from small, family-run shops to large statewide contractors—protect what they’ve worked hard to build.
He holds a degree in Mass Media Communications from Florida State University and a graduate degree from John Brown University. At Parsons, Chris leverages both his strategic mindset and creative skill set to develop marketing initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and ensure the agency delivers not just coverage—but connection and impact.
Outside of the office Chris and his wife raise a house full of girls and they are his joy. He is passionate about being part of adoption initiatives, foster care, and is honored to serve with Arkansas Families, www.abcfm.org and Every Child Arkansas working towards making sure there are more than enough homes for the children of our state. http://www.everychildarkansas.org
Lauren Tulgetske, ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Lauren joined Parsons Insurance in July 2025, bringing with her 13 years of experience working in the independent agency side of the commercial insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for her reliability, attention to detail, and dedication to outstanding client service.
In her role as an account executive, Lauren handles policy servicing, renewals, certificates of insurance, and day-to-day support for a variety of commercial accounts. Her deep understanding of independent agency operations and communication skills allow her to provide efficient, responsive service tailored to each client’s needs. She works closely with both clients and carriers to ensure smooth and accurate policy management.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing, and cheering on her children at their sporting events.
